HOW IT WORKS
The process is easy to set-up and to implement. Most importantly it saves you time and arms you with additional information about job applicants that you wouldn't have available through other means. Just follow the steps below.
STEP 1 - FREE PRE-QUALIFYING
You direct all job applicants to a designated web site. Applicants answer a few pre-qualifying questions. Only those who answer the questions correctly are allowed to take the SCREENER.
STEP 2 - SCREENER
The Screener represents an overall assessment of the applicant's capabilities. Applicants simply answer a few basic screening questions via the web and the results are immediately emailed to your attention. A copy is stored in the FREE Applicant Tracking System (ATS) so you or others can access.
Hourly workers are typically selected based upon the results of the screener and their responses to the customized interviewing questions. Applicants who pass the screener and are applying for managerial, sales or other exempt positions are invited to complete the more in-depth Job Profile Assessment.
STEP 3 - JOB PROFILE ASSESSMENT
Only those applicants whose screener results look very promising are invited to complete a Job Profile Assessment. Again, results are immediately emailed to your attention and stored in the ATS for future access. Customized interviewing questions are provided, as are career development suggestions, and a summary report of the findings to the applicant.
STEP 4 - SELECTION
Based upon all of the information you have collected -- the screener, the job profile, the input from the interview -- you are now in a position to select the person who will most likely be successful in the job.
